That's how founder Matt Galligan describes his new app, Circa: Cliffs Notes for news. The app provides quick facts on the major stories of the day that users can flip through on their smartphones.
The app is a mobile-first approach to news. Users can follow a story and get push notifications when it develops.
Galligan himself is a serial entrepreneur and says he's not going to stop with Circa.
"My crazy brain thinks of how to reform education in 20 years and things like that," he says. "These big ideas are what's going to make the country and the world run in some number of years."
