In the years since the original Droid, Motorola has sputtered.
The innovative Atrix smartphone never sold well, and subsequent iterations of the Droid line haven't captured nearly as much consumer interest as their predecessor.
By far the biggest flop was the Xoom, the first tablet for Google's "Honeycomb" version of the Android operating system. Xoom sales were dreadful, and Motorola quickly canned the project.
