Semenov is part of a cybercrime ring that recruits "money mules." The mules are told to open U.S. bank accounts so they can receive unauthorized money transfers for fraud operations. That money can then be moved overseas without authorities noticing.
The FBI says Semenov loves hitting up casinos and playing poker, especially in Las Vegas.
