Held in the "mushroom capital of the world," the Kennett Square Mushroom Festival features guided tours of local mushroom farms, a mushroom bobbing contest and a mushroom soup cook-off.
National Morel Mushroom Festival

This all-about-the-morel festival is celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2010 and is usually held in mid-May, the best time to hunt the woods of Boyne City for the prized morel mushrooms.
