Not every future collectible has to be a muscular beast. Hagerty expects the Honda CR-Z, a performance-tuned hybrid, to be sought after in years to come.
Examples with six-speed manual transmissions are especially fun and interesting. Hybrids with clutch pedals are exceedingly rare. "We applaud any car that will help future generations learn how to actually shift a true manual transmission," Hagerty said in its announcement.
