For the green-minded, Honda has two fuel economy focused versions of its Civic sedan. One, the HF, uses an efficient 1.8-liter four cylinder engine to help it get high fuel mileage, especially on the highway.
For those wanting even better fuel economy, and willing to pay more to get it, there's an improved Civic Hybrid. For the 2012 model year, it's now equipped more efficient lithium ion battery. That helps the new Civic Hybrid get 1 more mile per gallon in highway driving and four more in city driving than last year's model which used a nickel-metal hydride battery.
