The Beetle's new interior is sharp looking with its body-colored interior panels. In the old days, this was just a sign you were driving a really cheap car in which the manufacturer couldn't be bothered to cover all the metal inside. Today, it's evolved into this cute design touch. I like it, even though it reminds me of a Renault Le Car I once owned. (Don't even ask.)
Unfortunately, if you're sitting in the Beetle's attractive interior, it means you'll probably be driving. That too bad, because things start to go south when you push that ignition button.
NEXT: Engine... ugh!
