Larry Binstein owns European Imports, a specialty food distributor based out of Chicago. When Katrina Markoff's was first launching her high-end chocolate business Vosges Haut, also Chicago-based, she bought ingredients from European Imports, which is where she met Binstein. "He showed me the ropes on where you store ingredients -- he even let me rent some space inside his warehouse," Markoff says.
