I make the same amount here in Williston for one night of dancing as I would in Vegas in a whole week. In Vegas, it's seasonal. You gotta hit when there's a golf tournament or seminar. Here it's just happening every day.
I came to Williston when there was no boom, and it was like paddle-fishing in Canada. But that's totally changed. Four or five years ago, it was hard to make $200 a night -- it was like pulling teeth -- but now you can pull in $2,000.
Every day here it's busy. Other places, they wait until Friday because it's payday. But here they don't wait -- it's payday every day. [The men] make so much money on the rigs so they want to spend some -- or most want to spend a lot.
Now when it gets really busy there's no seat in the front tip row, while three to four years ago, the two to three people on stage would maybe make $10 [in tips]. Now you can walk off stage with $400. It's kind of addicting.
