What's more middle class than watching sports on cable TV or taking your kids to Disneyland? Disney's ESPN International now reaches 53 million households in 200 countries and the company has one theme park in Hong Kong, with a second mainland China park scheduled to open in 2015. Analysts expect Disney to ratchet up earnings by 15% a year over the next five years.
