The most common type of unemployment fraud -- collecting benefits while you're still working -- can often be caught when an employer sees they're being charged for a worker's benefits.
Such was the case for one man in Goshen, Ind., who collected more than $25,000 in benefits while he was working for Keystone RV.
He wasn't alone in the scheme. The RV manufacturer laid off 46 full-time workers last year for collecting fraudulent unemployment benefits.
