The Beverly Hills home is listed as a trust sale. It is under the name of the singer's father, James Spears, and the Love Shack Trust, a trust Britney has used in the past to purchase properties.
Spears, who is now engaged to Jason Trawick, bought the home in January 2007, while still married to Kevin Federline, for $6.75 million, according to public records.
