Minicars like this are becoming a trendy item in car-collecting circles.
The Autobianchi comes from the cooperative efforts of tire company Pirelli, bicycle maker Bianchi and the automaker Fiat. It was based on the mechanical parts of the tiny Fiat 500. With its luxurious appointments, it was essentially a fancier custom version of the 500.
About 35,500 were built between 1957 and 1962, about 1% of total Fiat 500 production.
