Before the wedge shaped TR7 -- famous as "the shape of things to come" -- there was this little six-cylinder British roadster. The German auto builder Karmann had some input in the TR6's blunt-ended design. It's a fun car to drive and fast for its time, said Falcione. Prices for TR6s have been relatively flat for the past decade or so, according to ClassicCars.com, but they are just now starting to trend upward.
One 1974 TR6 is being offered on ClassicCars.com for about $9,000.
