This is Porsche's vision of an electric car that, executives say, could be on the market "in the near future," noting that it may take five years for battery technology to improve sufficiently. Porsche boasts of a range of 259 miles after a 15 minute charge and potential range of 310 miles after a 30 minute charge.
This is part of a big push into electric vehicles by Porsche's parent, the Volkswagen Group.
