Audi Lunar Quattro
Audi teamed up with a Berlin-based group called "Part-Time Scientists" to compete in the Google Lunar XPRIZE. Together, they created the Audi Lunar Quattro. Most of the rover's components are made from high-strength aluminum weighing just 77.2 pounds. With further development, they expect to decrease the weight using magnesium, while increasing its size. With a theoretical top speed of 2.2 mph, it won't be winning any races, but it will be capable of traversing the surface of the moon while taking detailed 3D images.
