The fallout from the fiscal crisis isn't cleaned up yet.

JPMorgan Chase (JPM), America's largest bank, agreed to pay $13 billion in November to settle charges that it misled investors about the quality of mortgages. That's the biggest settlement to-date, and it won't be the last, according to the Justice Department.
