Mexico's most notorious drug lord Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman has been on the run since July, when he escaped from a maximum security prison through a tunnel.
It was his second successful escape -- he fled a high security prison in a laundry cart in 2001.
The U.S. has offered $5 million for information that would lead to El Chapo, while the Mexican government has offered 60 million pesos ($3.5 million).
