2017 top new grad employers

If you want proof of mobility at Procter & Gamble, the maker of household names like Tide, Crest and Gillette, just ask Scott Isenhart, currently P&G's North America talent supply leader. "I've had five different careers," he says. "They just happen to be with the same company."

The secret to strong leadership, according to Isenhart, is building P&G from within: "We have to coach, we have to mentor, we have to have skill growth and development." New hires are given real business assignments from day one so they can get the experience they need to start plotting their future.

"I'm a person who was an engineer, then I was in marketing, and now I'm in HR," Ishenhart says. "I don't know what other company would allow individuals to have such unique and diverse career paths." --T.Z.
