It's no surprise that the same company that brought new grads their favorite childhood video games and music is also appealing to them post grad.
Sony's focus on innovation and individuality is attractive to millennials who like to challenge themselves to think outside the box. This kind of open-mindedness is encouraged "because great ideas can come from anywhere, even if it's not your job," according to the company website. --R.M.
