Ikea is known for its affordable and functional design. Among new college grads looking for a job, the Swedish retailer is also known for its appealing perks and positive work environment.
From educational assistance and paid parental leave, to gym memberships and store discounts, the company's benefits demonstrate its focus on employee satisfaction and personal happiness. It even calls staffers "co-workers" rather than "employees" to demonstrate the value it places on collaboration and teamwork across all levels.
Ikea's website touts its enthusiastic, fun and collaborative culture and says it's always looking for candidates with positive attitudes and values. --R.M.
