A lot of rural Americans don't have access to broadband, and local libraries and Internet cafes are pretty far. But they do have local post offices that could bring in more foot traffic by offering wifi.
The post office could also partner with Internet providers, allowing postal land and buildings to be used, for a fee, to expand the infrastructure and get more rural areas wired.
