Germany

chore wars germany

Over a 10-year timeframe, German women reduced their housework by more than 6-1/2 hours a week, and guess who picked up most of the slack? Men.

German men average 25 hours of chores each week, or about 3-1/2 hours a day.

It's still not enough to keep up with women overall, but the trend is definitely shifting toward a 50-50 workload.
