Travelers heading from cold climates to a tropical getaway are often saddled with the annoyance of hauling around a heavy winter coat.
Enter CoatChex, a tech start-up that's the first to launch a post-security coat check service at U.S. airports. The company partnered with JetBlue last year and now offers the service to passengers traveling through New York City's JFK airport.
It costs about $2 a day, and is expected to expand to additional airports this year.
