Despite the misery of recent months, some investors seem to think now is the time to invest in Russia.

Russia's financial markets are calmer than they were, and local stock indexes have bounced back strongly this year.

But experts say the investment climate will sour again quickly if relations with the U.S. and Europe deteriorate further, or if oil prices resume their slide.
