To qualify for the Citibank Ultima card, currently available in Singapore, you better have at least $5 million in Singapore dollars (or nearly $4 million U.S.) under management at Citi's private bank.
If you meet that cut-off, you can reap some big rewards, including a "lifestyle manager" who will help set up services and customize exclusive offers for you.
"If a cardmember loves gourmet cuisine, the Lifestyle Manager could recommend and arrange for a private and exclusive hunting experience for the highly prized white truffles in the Alba region in Italy," according to a statement about the card.
This lifestyle manager will also take the place of a customer service representative, meaning you will deal directly with the same person each time you need assistance.
Citi didn't respond to a request for comment about the card or any associated fees.
