Repossessed homes are selling at bargain prices in these hardest-hit zip codes for foreclosures.
Investors are snapping up homes in this zip code, according to real-estate agent Jason Benham.
"Anything in the $50,000 to $100,000 range that can be rented is getting tons of offers," he said.
Prices in the neighborhood did not collapse like they did in bubble markets. In the Highland Creek area, where this home is located, they're off only about 15% from mid-2007 highs.
This house, though, is listed for more than 30% off its 2006 sales price. The four-bedroom, three-bath home has more than 2,400 square feet of space. It's in good condition, said Benham, and features a separate dining room, den, rear deck and front porch.
