Tens of thousands of people missed out of on the season premieres of shows such as "Glee" on the Fox (FOX) network in 2012. Cablevision (CVC) fought with the Tribune Company (TRBAA) -- which at the time owned Fox and CW affiliates in Connecticut as well as CW and My Network affiliates in New York, Philadelphia and Denver -- resulting in a two-month blackout of those stations.
