5 things we want to see from the new Android

There is no shortage of ways to backup the media on an Android phone. Google+ handles photos, YouTube takes on video, Google Music archives songs, and Google Play handles the apps.

Despite all of those services being Google technologies, none of them are accessible or even represented on Google Drive -- the service that is supposed to be your main online hard drive.

The backing-up process is already pretty frictionless. But if Google is serious about taking on other services such as Dropbox and Microsoft's (MSFT) Skydrive, it needs to streamline its cloud technologies by making it easier to manage those files from anywhere.
