A series of court records illustrate how Justin Strom and the members of his "Underground Gangster Crips" in Alexandra, Va., used social networks like Facebook and MySpace to contact teenagers they wanted to recruit into prostitution. Strom was convicted in September 2012 and sentenced to a prison term of 40 years.
