Its luggage rack is integrated into roof of the car, and partly disguised by a pair of wing-like structures that jut from the back in a subtle homage to the famous Cadillac fins of the 1950s.
The CTS Sport Wagon will be offered with the same V6 engines offered in the sedan. The base engine will produce a maximum of 263 horsepower while more expensive versions, equipped with direct fuel injection, will produce up to 304 horsepower.
The car will go on sale in the spring of 2009.
