Designers and sisters Karla Colletto and Lisa Rovan first tried their hands at swimwear when a breast-cancer survivor asked them to create a suit that could hold a prosthesis. Intrigued by the challenges of working with Lycra, the pair soon refocused their Vienna, Va. design shop to concentrate solely on women's bathing suits. This quick-drying one-piece is trimmed with patent vinyl, has a removable strap, and comes in six vibrant colors.
