Pick-up trucks, like the Sivlerado and the Ford F-150, didn't make the government's Top Ten Clunker Buys list because there are so many versions of them. That meant sales of any individual veresion weren't high enough to make the top ranks.
It shouldn't be surprising to see these popular trucks on this list, though. Under the program's rules, fuel economy requirements for trucks were lower than for cars.
