Located 25 miles outside of New York City, this six-bedroom is listed in an area where high-end home sales are struggling -- which may explain its nearly 300 days on the market. According to Prudential Centennial Realty, two comparable White Plains homes that were sold in the past six months averaged 272 days on the market and sold for at least 20% less than the listing price.
