We did get bonuses this year and it was really a nice surprise. We are a small firm and it's been a tough year. This was the owners' way of saying thanks for sticking with us. Very much appreciated.
How I'll spend it: Given the economy, we won't be spending it as mad money. Our dishwasher is on the fritz and that will likely be what we spend it on. My husband is out of work right now so I don't know if we would have done it otherwise. The remainder will just go in the bank. It may not sound sexy, but anything beats hand washing all the holiday dishes!
