Neeleman commutes almost every Monday from his home in New Canaan, Conn., to Azul's headquarters in Brazil. This time, he's retained complete voting control over executive decisions.
"At least I'm not going to get sucker punched like last time," he says. "If someone has a problem, he'll talk to me, not about me when I'm not around."
