Entrepreneurs should always be wary of smarmy little books with cute illustrations and homespun wisdom, but this one is something else: a smarmy little book with cute illustrations that, nonetheless, explains useful decision-making tools in plain English.
A logic tree, for example, is used to explore why you might have overslept. Drawing up a problem-solving plan before setting to work is urged as a way to avoid "drowning in a flood of information" that you will later realize is mostly useless. Problem Solving 101 is annoying in places (it was originally a kids' book in Japan), but it's a quick read with a potentially high payoff.
