I'm happy with my Prius, I'm happy with the engineers who designed an incredible vehicle and I'm happy with the dealership and salesman who sold it to me. But I'm unhappy with the management of Toyota. They didn't just think they had a problem, they knew they had a problem. And in this day of instant communication, their failure to immediately notify existing owners of the problem is inexcusable.

That said, my perception of the brand is not completely tarnished, and if Toyota gets its act together and fixes its cars, I would definitely buy another Prius in the future.
