I would say that Doug Morris (Chairman & Co-CEO) and Zach Horowitz (President & COO) of Universal Music Group have acted as professional mentors to me over the last decade. Both of them have blessed me with their wisdom, experience and unfiltered pure affection for the love and value of music. They have put their trust in me time and time again and have helped to show me the true value of loyalty, charitable giving and camaraderie.
