Headquarters: New Brunswick, N.J.

Hiring plans: The consumer products giant is currently grappling with a massive recall of its children's drugs, including Tylenol, but it still expects to hire between 200 and 250 MBAs this year. J&J offers training programs and internships in its three main divisions -- pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, and medical devices and diagnostics -- as well as in its corporate departments, like finance and HR.

What they're looking for: "J&J looks for candidates interested in health care who are ethical, strategic thinkers and performance-driven," said Frank Rodriguez, J&J's director of university recruiting. Anyone who applies should also be willing to relocate and have about three or four years of prior business experience, depending on the department they're applying to, according to the company's site. J&J operates more than 250 companies in 57 countries.
