Hiring plans: Nike offers two training programs for MBAs, including one that places students in its European office near Amsterdam and rotates them through a variety of departments including finance, human resources and sales. A second program offers two-year marketing positions in the company's Beaverton headquarters.
What they're looking for: For its European program, Nike prefers hiring MBAs who have at least five years' prior work experience in addition to a degree, while it looks for MBAs with two years' experience for the Beaverton office.
