They Hyundai Equus looks like a very nice luxury car, which it is... and isn't.
While not quite measuring up to the far pricier Mercedes-Benz S-class in interior space, the Equus very nearly matches it in available features and overall performance. In fact, it is quite often mistaken for a Mercedes-Benz.
The Equus isn't quite up to the expensive European luxury brands in every way, though, but that's where the question of value comes in.
