These "Happy Days" cards are part of what the actors say has been a merchandising bonanza since the show went on the air in 1974.
The merchandise includes dolls, toy cars, comic books, t-shirts, lunch boxes and greeting cards.
Under their contracts, the actors were to be paid 5% of the net proceeds from merchandising if their sole image were used, and 2 1/2% if they were in a group.
The studio has the right to deduct 50% off the top as a handling fee.
