Millions vs. thousands owed
The actors argue they have not been paid for the use of their images on "Happy Days" DVDs.
While they say they're owed millions for merchandising overall, CBS, which owns the show, calculated the amount is far less -- only between $8,500 and $9,000 each, according to financial breakdowns provided to the actors' attorney.
In a statement to CNN, CBS said, "We agree that funds are owed to the actors and have been working with them for quite some time to resolve the issue."
