Patrick Piana is a man of eclectic and exquisite tastes. Born in England and raised in France by a French mother and an Italian father, his career managing luxury consumer brands has included posts with Philip Morris, LVMH, and Pernod Ricard before being named CEO of Rémy Martin in 2009. Piana, 42, splits his time between offices in Cognac and Paris and spends about 140 days a year traveling internationally, mostly in the U.S. and Asia. We caught up with him in Manhattan -- where Piana lived for six years in his thirties -- as he prepared to catch an overnight flight back home to France.
