It's not too hard to see where the New York Fed President stands, given his memorable comments on the iPad 2 just a month ago.
Speaking in Queens, N.Y., William Dudley's dovish comments about inflation sparked audience guffaws, when he used the example of an iPad 2 to explain how rising prices aren't a problem for the economy.
"Today you can buy an iPad 2 that costs the same as an iPad 1 that is twice as powerful," he said. "You have to look at the prices of all things."
An audience member hollered back, "I can't eat an iPad."
