Minneapolis Fed President Narayana Kocherlakota often appears more middle-of-the-road than his colleagues.
Speaking to The Wall Street Journal last month, he said he has recently lowered his forecasts slightly for this year's economic growth to a rate between 3% and 3.5%.
He's also keeping his eye on inflation, and said he doesn't see a need to extend QE2 beyond June.
