The German software giant lured Siu, 52, from Nokia last year and put her in charge of its China operations. The market is now SAP's fastest growing: Its China sales were up 33% in the first half of 2011, and with a base of more than 4,000 customers in China, the tech industry veteran is on track to double revenues of her division within the next three years.
