You may not want to show up at the office in this one, but a Facebooker with a "need for speed" might want this one for the weekends.

Yes, it's a plug-in hybrid but, even so, with prices starting at close to $850,000, the 918 will still be a glaring display of outrageous wealth.

But it will also, very likely, be a lot of fun. It will go into production in the fall of next year. The car shown here is dressed up for track testing. We don't know if that paint job will be an available option.
