Like much of the home, the kitchen is so chock full of stuff that one hardly knows where to look first. Some of the walls are covered with thousands of wine corks. There are kitchen utensils hanging all over, so many that they can't possibly all be necessary for cooking.
"It's like a nightmare when I see empty rooms," said Boscarino.
He incorporates items that few people would even think of as building materials, like a shelf backed by hundreds of colorful wooden yardsticks set on a slant. The galvanized sink stands tall on legs stuck in the holes of bowling balls that serve as its base.
